You’re just a few questions away from joining Denver Headshot Co.’s Company Match program, giving you access to all the best time-saving, money-saving, sanity-saving solutions on your mission to get the best corporate headshots your team has ever had.
Our Company Match Program allows us to keep all of your information and preferences on file to help update your team as they grow, and gives an automatic 20% off of our studio sessions.
When you get a moment, can you fill out the following form? Once you get that filled out, I’ll follow up with a booking template to keep on file for future headshots.
Questions to consider before signing up:
1. How would you like to pay for your session?
- Keep a card or ACH on file, we’ll run it after your session. If you would like to keep a card on file, I’ve attached an authorization form. I’m also happy to connect with you on the phone to grab your numbers if that’s easier.
- Prepay for a minimum of 5 sessions at a time (great for companies who would like to be invoiced and want to send in new hires consistently)
- Pay when booking (Individual or company can pay when booking)
2. Who would you like to choose for photo:
- Individuals can choose, either in person or in a gallery after the session. Our photographer will talk with the person to see what’s best fit.
- Send gallery to company contact and individual, for the team to choose the best image together.
