Maybe it’s gone to our heads, but we’re so confident you’ll be happy with your headshot that we’ll redo it for free if you don’t like it.
You read that right, but we’ll say it again to let it sink in…
We’re confident you’ll be satisfied.
Satisfaction is an ephemeral thing, of course, so we have a few guidelines. Read on.
Our Headshot Satisfaction Guarantee is available with select Company Sessions.
This no-questions-asked guarantee is available for individuals who need extra time, or those who were sick or unable to attend the session. It can be claimed for up to four free individual headshot sessions, taken within the same timeframe at our studio in RiNo, and must be redeemed within 30 days. Our guarantee, valued at $1000, ensures your headshot session is a success.
Our satisfaction guarantee covers the session time; images must be purchased by the company after the session is complete. Images cannot be traded for images already purchased.
To claim the guarantee:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service within 30 days of your original session.
- Schedule: Book your follow-up session at our studio in RiNo neighborhood, within 30 days of your original sessiondate.
- Confirmation: Provide the necessary details for rescheduling and ensure the availability of our photographers.
Please note:
- This guarantee is only applicable to select Company Sessions and is not transferable.
- The guarantee covers the cost of the session time only; all images must be purchased separately.
- The guarantee cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for monetary value.

Our instant image review lets you see exactly what you’re getting. Before you leave your session, we’ll have you confirm with your photographer that you are happy with what you’ve seen.

Selecting images for editing from your proof gallery is considered a final indication of happiness.
