When needed, we’ll supplement with additional lighting, but in a way that strives to be true to the mood of the event. Our event photography and videography team is highly trained in a wide range of event photography techniques to be able to get the best look whether your event is in a room with no natural light or outside in the noonday sun.

1. 2. We understand your vision. We don’t walk into an event blind. Each event is as unique as each company. We ask thoughtful questions prior to the event to make sure your marketing vision informs our focus at the event. We know your stakeholders and key people ahead of time and make sure they are documented as much as possible. What does event coverage cost? Event photography is priced at an hourly rate. This rate includes high-resolution images (approximately 65 images per hour) and limited commercial usage rights. You can choose to upgrade to same-day or next-day image delivery as an add-on.
